Our products go through an extensive process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product. It is our primary focus to ensure you are satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Replacements
Here at She By Maura Sherese Hair Collection we take great pride in our product, and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to shampoo and deep conditioning, product concerns can easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. If you have received a defective product, please contact us within 5 business days from date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted, we will address the quality issue. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the product Defect Exchange Policy. If She by Maura Sherese Hair Collection agrees that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the item.
